REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS # 2010-04

The Housing Aurhority of the city of Meridian is accepting proposals for AFTER SCHOOL YOUTH DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM.

Submission deadline is August 17, 2010 @ 2:00 p.m. (CDT).  Proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope and wth words "RFP #2010-04, AFTER SCHOOL YOUTH DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM, Dealine 08/17/2010 @ 2:00 P.M." clearly written on the outside of the sealed envelope.

Each offer should be prepared in accordance with the instructions that are available at MHA Central Office location, 2425 E St., Meridian, MS 39302. Contact person is Kajsa Cole @ 601-693-4285 ext. 224 or email kcole@meridianhousng.net

Questions regarding the attached RFP should be directed to contact person Kajsa Cole (kcole@meridianhousing.net) IN WRITING no later than at 12:00 NOON on August 9, 2010.

The Housing Authority of the City of Meridian reserves the right to reject any and all bids/quotes and waive any informalities in the solicitation process.
