Contractor shall provide a signed agreement by March 8, 2012, and be ready to begin construction immediately with Notice to Proceed.
Contract Documents will be available Wednesday, February 8, 2012 and may be examined and obtained at the office of Carter Miller Associates, Ltd., 404 Hwy 19 N, Meridian, MS 601-483-0601. A deposit of $150.00 will be required for each set of plans and specifications of which $100.00 will be refunded when returned within seven (7) days in usable condition after the bid.
