MHA Resident Training Program

Resident Trainee

MHA will start its' "Esteem" Resident Training Program September 1, 2009.  Public housing residents are encouraged to apply.  The following is a brief summary of the training opportunity:

Trainees will during the first year of the program perform general maintenance tasks related to apartment renovations.  Tasks include cleaning, painting, and minor repairs of vacant apartments, as directed and supervised by assigned maintenance staff.  During the second and final year of training, trainee will be expected to continue renovation tasks with close supervision of maintenance staff and begin assisting in the repairing and replacing of plumbing and electrical equipment in apartments.

Applications are available at the Social Service Office Monday, August 17, 2009 with the deadline to return application Friday, August 21, 12:00 Noon.
