Residents of MHA must follow MHA’s lease agreement and all HUD regulations. Residents are encouraged to keep the premises safe and clean and refrain from destroying property. Residents should also conduct themselves and have others visiting on premises with consent to conduct themselves in a manner which will not disturb other resident’s peaceful enjoyment of accommodations.
MHA does not tolerate criminal activities that threaten the health, safety, or right to peaceful enjoyment of public housing premises. MHA does not tolerate drug-related activity and abuse of alcohol. MHA has an established social services department that can assist with the living conditions and maintenance tips to keep you safe and continue your residency with the Authority.
